Surgical Procedures
There is no doubt that the learning of the surgical procedure cannot take place in the operating room. To this effect, we present the required procedures step-by-step, making sure that the representative, manager, or engineer understands why each step is important and how the device being used or implanted is central to each particular step. This is important when a company has a wide product portfolio where specific products or devices can be used in each surgical stage of the procedure.
As an example, a gastric resection and anastomosis can be separated into seven steps that range from access to closure, each step being a candidate for a specific product or product line.
Depending on the agreed curriculum, we can prepare scenarios for role-playing to ensure that the trainee has the necessary verbal and manual competencies to properly present and sell a particular product or device
