Med Center Announces 2004 Gold And Silver Apple Awards
UC faculty to be honored July 1 at annual awards.

Bruce F. Giffin, PhD, field service professor in the Department of Cell Biology, Neurobiology and Anatomy has been nominated by first-year medical students to receive the UC College of Medicine's Gold Apple Award.

Dr. Giffin, last year won a Gold Apple from the second-year medical students and a Silver Apple from the first-year medical students.
